An Expert Lecture on Public Spaces was organized by the Faculty of Architecture and Planning, Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University on 12th February 2026. The session was delivered by Ar. Lillian Tay, Vice-President, FPAM, MIID, Veritas Design Group, Malaysia, who shared valuable insights on the design and importance of inclusive public spaces. The lecture highlighted global perspectives, urban design strategies, and the role of community engagement in creating vibrant city environments. The interactive session greatly benefited students and faculty members, enriching their understanding of contemporary public space planning.
