Glimpses of activities conducted under Sewa Sankalp Abhiyaan
A cleanliness and awareness drive was organized at our institution, with enthusiastic participation from faculty members, staff, and students. Everyone actively contributed towards promoting cleanliness, hygiene, and a sense of collective responsibility.
Empowering young minds to innovate for a stronger nation! Under the visionary banner of सेवा संकल्प अभियान (सेवा और समर्पण के 25 वर्ष) - उत्तर प्रदेश शासन, Faculty of Architecture & Planning, AKTU, in association with Navachar Incubation Centre, Start in UP, and Innovation Hub, presents:
Seva Sankalp Abhiyan – Slogan Competition on “Viksit Bharat” was organized by the Faculty of Architecture and Planning, AKTU to encourage students, faculty and employees to express their vision of a developed, inclusive and sustainable Bharat through creative slogans. The competition focused on the contribution of architecture and the built environment towards shaping a better tomorrow.
22 सितम्बर 2026 को ललित कला अकादेमी, क्षेत्रीय केन्द्र, लखनऊ एवं वास्तुकला एवं योजना संकाय, डॉ. ए.पी.जे. अब्दुल कलाम प्राविधिक विश्वविद्यालय, लखनऊ के संयुक्त तत्वावधान में "सेवा ही संस्कृति : रंग-बिरंगे रंगों से नया भारत" विषय पर एक दिवसीय चित्रकला कार्यशाला का सफल आयोजन टैगोर मार्ग परिसर में किया गया।
कार्यशाला में 200 से अधिक छात्र-छात्राओं ने कला एवं शिल्प महाविद्यालय, डॉ. शकुन्तला मिश्रा राष्ट्रीय पुनर्वास विश्वविद्यालय, गोएल इंस्टीट्यूट, उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य ललित कला अकादमी तथा AKTU सहित विभिन्न संस्थानों से भाग लिया। प्रतिभागियों ने सेवा भाव, भारतीय संस्कृति, सामाजिक समरसता, पर्यावरण और नए भारत की परिकल्पना को अपनी चित्रकृतियों में साकार किया।
A Plantation Drive will be organized on 24th September 2026 at 4:30 PM at the riverbank in front of the college.
The initiative aims to promote environmental awareness, greenery, and collective responsibility towards nature. Faculty members, staff, and students are encouraged to participate enthusiastically and contribute towards creating a greener and healthier environment.

As part of the Seva Sankalp Abhiyan, the Faculty of Architecture & Planning, AKTU, Lucknow organized a Debate Competition on “Viksit Bharat” with the theme “Designing a Better Tomorrow Through Architecture.”
The event provided a platform for faculty members, students, and employees of FOAP, AKTU to share their ideas, perspectives, and innovative thoughts on the vision of a developed, inclusive, and sustainable India.
The debate encouraged participants to think critically about the challenges and opportunities associated with Viksit Bharat and the role of architecture in shaping a better future. The discussions highlighted ideas related to sustainable development, inclusive communities, innovative design, and responsible architecture.
Cleanliness & Awareness Drive – Seva Sankalp Abhiyan
As part of the Seva Sankalp Abhiyan, the Faculty of Architecture & Planning (FOAP), AKTU, Lucknow organized a Cleanliness and Awareness Drive at the FOAP Campus.
The initiative focused on promoting cleanliness, environmental responsibility, proper waste management, and sustainable practices. Faculty members, staff, and students came together to actively participate in the cleanliness activity and contribute towards maintaining a clean and green campus.
The activity reinforced the message that cleanliness is a collective responsibility. Through active participation, the members of FOAP contributed to creating a cleaner, healthier, and more environmentally conscious campus. The drive also encouraged everyone to adopt sustainable habits in their daily lives and work together towards a cleaner, greener, and healthier future.
Seva Sankalp Abhiyan – Rangoli Competition
The competition will provide participants an opportunity to express their creativity through traditional Rangoli art, while presenting their vision of a developed and new India through colours, patterns, and artistic expression.
The Rangoli Competition aims to celebrate Indian artistic traditions and creativity while encouraging participants to reflect on the vision of Viksit Bharat. Participants will use colours, traditional motifs, and innovative designs to creatively represent ideas related to India's development and future.
The event will promote creativity, cultural expression, teamwork, and awareness of the vision of a developed India.
