1.The refund of admission fee shall be as per the rules and regulations of the Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University, Uttar Pradesh and the institute.
2.It shall be noted that only the principal amount shall be refunded, as per approval from the competent authority.
3.Under any circumstance the transaction fee/ Convenience fee/ GST/ any other charge, incured as part of fee payment, shall NOT be refunded.
4. The Institute/ University reserves the right to modify the policy at any time, without any prior information, as per its sole discretion.
5. The refund policy shall be mandatorily acceptable to all the candidates/ students who are part of the institute/ University.
